Articles of Association
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, shareholders and creditors, and regulate the organization and conducts of the company, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Company Law”), the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Securities Law”) and other relevant provisions.
